Days are going by fast here, with lots to do in the garden and in the yard. I love this time of year!
We're (read that me) eating salads every evening meal. This year the lettuces and other greens are really spectacular and I've been experimenting with making my own salad dressing. So far I have a little honey mustard poppyseed number one that I just can't get enough of. I like adding fruit to my salad, strawberries, oranges, apples, and nuts and the sweetness/tartness of the this dressing seems to go well with whatever I decide to throw in. Yum!
